The Trinity icon by Andrei Rublev, above, was created between 1360 – 1430. The icon depicts the purest unity of community.  On one level this picture shows three angels seated under Abraham’s tree, but on another it is a visual expression of what the Trinity means, what is the nature of God, and how we approach the Divine.  Reading the picture from left to right, we see the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit.

This is the spirit of community that guides the ministries of Living Streams Flowing Water.  We consult with virtually all kinds of ministries to re-imagine and re-energize new ventures, ongoing ministries, and struggling situations, including:

• • leadership teams, committees, councils, and boards
  • pastors, staff teams, and those working to find new leadership
  • congregations – both formal and informal – small, medium, and large
  • ministries that are feeling tired, burdensome, or ready to end
  • new communities of faith with energy and life, seeking focus for mission

Using tools of spiritual direction and formation, along with storytelling and holy listening, we seek to guide processes in which the Holy Spirit can breathe new life, fresh ideas, and Spirit-inspired directions for ministries.  All of our mutual efforts are oriented toward the creation of unity and passionate missional hospitality.
